Neighborhood Revitalization Initiative (NRI)
CEC’s 2-year vision for NRI is to continue to increase the availability of affordable housing with special emphasis on homeownership for low-income families and individuals. NRI will accomplish this by creating community-based programs while improving the economic and social well being of our communities through better growth patterns.

Students At Work (SAW)
SAW is a program designed exclusively for homeless emancipated foster youth. SAW reengages disconnected youth and bridges the growing educational gap experienced by those who are not working and not attending school.
