Renewal 2-Year Plan
NRI’s strategic plan for 2005-2007 includes the
new construction of a mixed-use, community-based center
incorporating a rich mixture of affordable homes, shops,
civic places, and offices in conjunction with amenities,
open space, and quality design on urban in-fill lots.
The project will stimulate investment, eliminate blight
on the property, help to attract and retain businesses,
create a balanced environment and generate revenue.
NRI contributes to the Students At Work Initiative (SAW)
and over the long-term, will ensure that SAW becomes
self-sufficient, less reliant on government and charitable
contributions. |
