Our Mission

We build projects and develop programs that provide social, educational and economic benefits to
disadvantaged groups, especially homeless and/or, hard-to-employ foster youth.

Community Enhancement Corporation (CEC), is a non-profit, 501 (c )(3) organization, founded in 1992 for the purpose of revitalizing neighborhoods and empowering under-served families, individuals and youth. We believe that building communities from the inside out builds stronger, more self-reliant communities – and that job creation provides the foundation for individual economic self-sufficiency and community revitalization.
